PUBLIC MEETING:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 08-012 - a request to provide massage services in
conjunction with an existing beauty salon.

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 08-010
approving Conditional Use Permit 08-012.

The Acting Zoning Administrator welcomed the attendees and asked them to introduce
themselves.
Mirna Faranda, applicant, stated that her name was spelled incorrectly on the staff report.
Dennis Claus stated that he assisted Ms. Faranda with her lease.

The Public Hearing opened at 10:36 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the applicant if she had read the staff report and
conditions of approval.
Ms. Faranda answered in the affirmative.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if she had any questions.
Ms. Faranda answered in the negative.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the report, stating that the use must be
consistent with the Tustin City Code and that the operator and all technicians must
receive permits from the City. If there are changes to the hours of operation, the
applicant would need to come back to the Zoning Administrator.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 08-010
approving Conditional Use Permit 08-012.

The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m
The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items
are set for hearing.
