HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 969 RESOLUTION NO. 969 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING, DETERMINING AND DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS BEEN MADE ON THE FOURTH STREET AND NEWPORT FREEWAY ANNEXATION. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby, resolve as follows- . 1. The City Council finds, determines and declares that a valid protest has been duly made by the owners of property in the territory proposed to be annexed in the Annexation entitled "Fourth Street and Newport Avenue Annexation", constituting more than one-half (½) of the assessed value of all privately-owned property in said territory. 2.. The City Council does hereby terminate all further proceedings relative to said proposed annexation, and declares said Annexation hereby terminated.. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 4th day of November, 1968.
