DESIGN REVIEW 07-022 - a request to construct a 4,922 square foot two-story commercial building that will consist of ground floor retail use and second floor office use. APPLICANT/ PROPERTY OWNER: NANCY FEINSTEIN 7665 EAST SILVER DOLLAR ANAHEIM HILLS, CA 92808 LOCATION: RECOMMENDATION 200 EL CAMINO REAL That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 08-012 approving Design Review 07-022. Presentation: Ryan Swiontek, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:35 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had read and understood the staff report. Nancy Feinstein, applicant, answered in the affirmative. Zoning Administrator Agenda December $, 2008 Page 2 The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant intended to have office use upstairs. Ms. Feinstein answered that she has several options; some are retail The Acting Zoning Administrator stated that, whatever the use, the applicant should ensure that the parking is sufficient and that not more than 50 percent of the ground floor be used as office space. Ms. Feinstein responded that would not be a concern because the current tenant has a large clientele and plans to expand into the additional ground floor space. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the applicant if she had any questions or concerns. Ms. Feinstein answered in the negative. The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 08-012 approving Design Review 07-022. The Acting Zoning Administrator explained that there is a seven-day appeal period on this item. Since no other members of the public were in attendance, chances were there would be no appeal. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:47 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
