RAILROAD AND WALNUT AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin to make ce~,aim improvements om McF~:lden Street, and WH~, the City Engineer has presented 'plana and specifications for the proposed improvements of McFadden Street between the A.T. & S.F. Railroad and Walnut Avenue NOW TflEREFO~, 2.~ it resolved that the plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer be ~ are hereby approved as the plans and specification~ for improvement of McFadden Street between the A.T'. & S.F. Railroad and Walnut Avenue.
