HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 40101 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 lU 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18' 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 4010 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 91-265 The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A. That Final Parcel Map 91-265 has been submitted by Kemper Real Estate Management. B. That a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on May 13, 1991. At this hearing the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map 90-292 to the City Council. Subsequently, the City Council approved Tentative Parcel Map 90-292 on June 3, 1991. C. That following tentative parcel map approval, the applicant filed Final Parcel Map 91-265 for Phase I of development. D. The Final Map is considered ministerially exempt pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the California Environmental Quality Act. E. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan, the City's Subdivision Ordinance and Subdivision Map Act as it pertains to the development of commercial and industrial property. F. That the site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. G. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. H. That the design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife in their habitat. I. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements proposed will not conflict with easements acquired by the public-at-large, for access through. or use of the property within the proposed subdivision. 1 2 3 d 5 G 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 1e. 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24I 25 26 27 28 Resolution No. 4010 Page 2 J. That the design of the subdivision or the types of improvements proposed are not likely to cause serious public health problems. K. That the Final Parcel.Map 91-265 is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map 90-292. II. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Final Parcel Map 91-265, subject to final approval by the City Engineer. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Commission, held on the 23rd day of November, 1992.
