A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
SIGN PERMIT FEES.
The City Council of the City of Tustin. California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
In accordance with Section 7.00 of Ordinance No. 305
o£ the City of Tustin, the following sign permit fees are hereby
established as follows:
1, Directional signs - $10.00 plus $100.00
removal bond.
2, Tract identification signs - $10,00 plus $100,00
removal bond,
3. Banners, bunting, advertising or decorating flags,
balloons, or similar contrivances - $10,00,
4, Portable signs, temporary signs, and searchlights -
$10,00,
5. All other suthorized signs requiring permits - $10.00,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 18th day of
July, 1966.
