• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN# CALIFORNIA, TO PETITION THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO
CANCEL TAXES . '
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1965s the City of . Tustin, . a munici-
pal corporations accepted a Deed from Santa Fe Land Improvement Com-
pany, a California corporation s ' granting to the City of Tustin an
easement and right-of-way for public street purposes in, over, upon
and across two parcels of land in the City. of Tustin, County of
Orange, State of California, a true copy of which Deed is attached
hereto;, marked "Exhibit - A" , and incorporated -herein by this referenc(
and
WHEREAS, said dedication was made without compensation
to the grantor,,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
that the. Board of Supervisors of the County of ,Orange, State of
California, be., and it hereby is, petitioned and requested to order
cancellation of taxes upon the, real property described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and that
the City Clerk be, and she hereby is, directed to send a certified
copy of this Resolution to the said Board of Supervisors, forthwith.
