RESOLUTION N0. 195
A.RESOLUTIO~I OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN,, CALIFORNIA, REGARDING PROTEST TO THE
RED HILL CENTER ANNEXATION
-The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
resolve as follows:
Section l: The City Council finds and determines as
follows:.
A) That the City Council of the City of Tustin did pass
and adopt Reaolution No. 79~; duly giving notice of the proposal to
annex certain uninhabited territory to the City of Tustin, said
territory being therein designated as "RED HILL ANNEXATION",said
Resolution describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to
be annexed:
B) That said Resolution contained notice of the day,
hour and place when and where the Council of the City of Tustin
would hear protests made by any person owning real property within
the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing be i.
not less than fortq (40).nor more than sixty (60) days from the da
of passage of said Resolution.
C) That November 1, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the
Tustin Youth Center, City of Tustin, was the time and place fixed
in said Resolution for hearing protests to said annexation.
D) That the City Council did hear all protests made to
the proposed annexation.
Section 2: The City Council hereby finds and determines
that protests have not been made by the owners of one®half of the
value of the privately owned territory proposed to be annexed, as
shown by the last equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners
of orie-half of the value of the publicly owned territory proposed
to.be annexed, as determined by said legislative body.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of .the City of Tustin, held on the 1st day of November, 196.
