CALL TO ORDER MEETING #733 AT 7:17 P.M.

Members Lou Bone, Tony Kawashima, and Jim Palmer
Absent: None

PUBLIC INPUT -None
REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS - It was moved by Chair Pro Tem Davert, seconded by
Agency Member Bone, to approve Agenda Items 1 through 3 as recommended by staff.
Motion carried 5-0.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -REDEVELOPMENT MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18,
2008
Motion: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November 4, 2008.
2. PROMISSORY NOTE BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND TUSTIN
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Motion: Adopt resolution.
RDA RESOLUTION NO. 08-06 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT IN A
PROMISSORY NOTE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
3. 2007-2008 ANNUAL REPORT
Redevelopment Law requires that the Redevelopment Agency submit to the
legislative body an annual report for the preding fiscal year.

Motion:
3.a. Receive and file Annual Report for FY 2008-2008; and
3.b. Direct that a copy of Annual Report for 2007-2008 and all other required
reporting documents and forms be executed in final form and filed with
the City of Tustin, the State Controller and State Department of Housing
and Community Development.

Chair and Chair Pro Tem selection report.
