A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN,. CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 5450, 5451 AND 5452
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION
OF CERTAIN CASH ASSESSMENTS ON THE TAX ROLL.
WHEREAS, Rancho de Santa Fe, whose address is
2628 West Main Street, Alhambra, California, and who is the
assignee of the contractor, Edmond J. Vadnais, a partnership,
in the matter of the construction of improvements, as described
and contemplated by Resolution of Intention No. 615, adopted
on August 20, 1962, as modified by Resolution No. 621, adopted
on October 29, 1962, has requested this City Council to direct
by resolution that all of the cash assessments hereinafter
mentioned and described be collected upon the tax roll upon
which general taxes for the City of Tustin are collected:
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of
Sections 5450, 5451 and 5452 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of Califo,rnia, the City Council of the City of
Tustin does hereby RESOLVE AND ORDER as follows::
Sectiona l: That those certain cash assessments
in the matter of the construction of those certain improvements
as described and contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 615,
as modified by Resolution No. 621, which are more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all purposes,
shall be collected upon the tax roll upon which general taxes
for the City of Tustin are collected.
Sectiion 2: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify a copy of this resolution and transmit the same to the
County Auditor of Orange County, who is the officer designated
by law to extend the City taxes for the City of Tustin upon
the tax roll upon which they are collected.
