A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, TO CONDEMN CERTAIN
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines that the
public interest and necessity require the acquisition by the City
of Tustin, a municipal corporation, of the prooerty hereinafter
described for public use, namely for civic center building and for
such other public purposes as may be authorized by law.
2. That the hereinafter described property is necessary
for said public purposes.
3. That the proposed public improvements and uses are
located, in a manner which is most compatible with the greatest
public good and the least private injury.
4. James G. Rourke, City Attorney of the City of Tustin,
is hereby authorized and directed to institute eminent domain pro-
ceedings in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for
the County of Orange, for the purpose of acquiring the hereinafter
described real property for said public use.
5- Said property is situated in the County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as:
The Westerly 50 feet of the Easterly 100 feet
of Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Block 7, Tustin City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED st a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on August 3rd, 1964.

City Council of the City of Tustin, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
four, that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced, read, passed and adopted at a reegular meeting of the
City Council held on the 3rd day of August, 1964.
