A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION
NO. 64-162 OF FOSTER & KLEISER.
The City Council of the City of Tustln, California,
resolves as follows:

Section l: The City Council finds and determines
that a proper application (No. U.P. 64-162 ) was filed
by Foster & Kleiser for an'outdoor a~vertislng structure
in the C-2 zone on the property described as fol. lows:.
171 E. First Street; the Ely 177' of Ely 390.13' of sly
140 of Teodocio Yorba Allotment (A.P. 62-122-49)
S~e'ctio. n. 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held'"a public hearing on said. application and denied
said application.

Secti. on 3: The applicant duly filed an appeal of the
denial of the Planning Commission.
Section..~: The City Council duly called, noticed
and held a hearing on said application.
Section 5: The City Council finds and determines that
the granting of said Conditional _Use permit would not
adversely affect adjacent property or uses and should be
granted.
Sectl. on.6:_ The Conditional Use Permit, as applied for,
ls hereby granted, subject to conformanc~ to the Sign
Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tustln, on the 4th day of May, 1964.
