A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO PERMIT
THE COUNTY CLERK OF SAID COUNTY TO RENDER
SPECIFIED SERVICES TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RE-
LATING TO THE CONDUCT OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON MAY 12, 1964.
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held
in the City of Tustin on May 12, 1964; and
WHERAS, the course of conduct of said election and in
relation thereto it will be necessary to mail sample ballots and
polling place cards to the registered voters of the City, andit will
facilitate such mailing if the County Clerk of the County of Orange
will prepare and furnish the City the imprinting of the names and
addresses of the registered voters of the said City on envelopes
furnished by the City; and
WHEREAS, all necessary expense in performing this service
shall be paid by the City of Tustin;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin does
hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE ANDORDER, as follows:
Section l: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 2200~
of the Elections Code of the State of California, this City Council
hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of said County to permit
the County Clerk to prepare and furnish to said City, for use in
conducting said election to be held on May 12, 1964, the imprint'ng of
the names and addresses of the registered voters of said City, on
envelopes furnished by the City.
Section 2: That said City shall reimburse said County for
services performed when the work is completed and uoon presentation
to the City of a properly approved bill.
Section 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward
without delay to said Board of Supervisors and to said County Clerk
each a certified copy of this resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 2nd day of March 1964.

certify that the whole number of the members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, read, passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of March, 1964, by the following vote:
