A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT TO
0LD-AGE, SURVIVORS, AND DISABILITY
INSURANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Tustin deems it to be in the best
interest of the City to execute an amendment to the OLD-AGE, Sur-
vivors, and Disability Insurance Agreement with the State of Calif-
ornia executed on April 24, 1951, to correctly state the exclusion
of the class of elective legislative positions and part-time election
officer positions, effective October l, 1954;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Authorized Agent
of the City of Tustin, be, and he is hereby, authorized, and directed
to execute the said amendment to the 01d-Age, Survivors, and Disability
Insurance Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tustin, on the 20th day of January, 1964.
