A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE DEPARTMENT
OF BUILDING AND SAFETY AS ENFORCING AUTHORITY OF
TITLE 8, DIVISION 13, PART 2, § 18010, Chapter 3,
~ 18100 and § lB101, Chapter 4, § 18200, OF
CALIFORNIA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Tustin,
California, resolves as follows:
The Department of Building and Safety of the City of Tustin
California, is hereby designated as the enforcing authority of the
provisions of Title 8, Division 13, Part 2, Section 18010, Chapter
3, Sections 18100 and 18101, Chapter 4, Section 18200, et seq. of
the California Administrative Code, effective this date.
SECTION 2.__ The City Clerk is directed to for*ard a
Certified copy of this resolution forthwith to affected agencies.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tustin, on the 16th day of December, 1963.
