RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN ESTABLISHING A TAXI PARKING ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as Follows'
Pursuant to Ord. in,ances No. 74 and No. 131 of' the
City of Tustin, the City' Council.. of the City of Tustin does hereby
~.etermine and declare that there shall, be no vehicular parking
permitted at any time on t?~e easterly side of "D" Street in the
City of Tustin, wit?~in the Southerly 20 feet of the Northerly 30
feet measured Southerly '?rom the Westerly prolongation of the South-
erly line of the Second Street, e.xcept for the parking of taxicab.
BE IT FURTHER ['{ESOLVED that the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Tustin, i's hereby ~'~uthori. zed and instructed
to paint the curbing at the above described location, red with
the words "TAXI ONLY" in whi. te letters thereon. The cost of said
painting shall be paid by Mr. Wilcox, recipient of t~.~e permit to ~-'
use said taxicab stand.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City
of Tustin at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day
July, 1960.
