HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 496RESOLUTION NO 496 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM GRAY FOR THE UNEXPIRED PORTION OF A REGULAR FOUR YEAR TERM ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. The. City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the resignation of Mrs. SIDNEY GREGORY from the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin has been accepted, effective January 18, 1'960; and WHEREAS, pursuant."to".0rdinance No. 104 of the City of Tustin, Mayor Jerome. C. Kidd, on the 18th day of January, 1960, appointed William Gray to fill the unexpired portion of Mrs. Sidney Gregory's four year term on the Planning Commiss.ion of the City of Tustin; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City OF TUSTIN DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The appointment of William Gray to fill the unexpired portion of the four year term on the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin of Mrs. Sidney Gregory, said term to expire on the 12th day of December, 1961, is hereby confirmed and approved pursuant to Ordinance No. 104 of the City of Tustin. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of January, 1960. ATTEST- C ~"t~y' clerk .....
