RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN OF INTENTION TO ABANDON AND VACATE A
STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN PURSUANT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF THE STREET VACATION ACT OF
1941.
WHEREAS, property owners owning a majority of the real
property adjoining the subject street hereinafter described
have requested the City Council of the City of Tustin to
vacate, abandon and close to the public use the street here-
inafter described; and
WHEREAS, Said street has not been in public use for
many years; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the said City Council of the
City of Tustin that the vacation of said street is proper
for the convenience and safety of the public and said
street is unnecessary for present or future use as a street; and
WHEREAS, a private alley has been constructed
adjacent to said street for approximately half the
length of said street; and

.... NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED-
That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tustin pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941 to vacate and abandon "F" Street, between Main Street
and Third Street in the City of Tustin, which street is herein-
after more particularly described, and reference is made, for
further particulars concerning said proposed vacation, to a map
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Tustin
designated "Map showing 'F' Street between Third Street and Main
Street proposed to be vacated".
That the City Council of the City of Tustin, in
declaring its intention to vacate the said "F" Street between
Third Street and Main Street referred to hereinabove, finds that
the .public convenience and necessity require the. reservation and

exception from said vacation and abandoment a. permanent
easement and right at any time or from time to time to
construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew
sanitary sewers and storm drains and a~~tenant structures
in, upon, over and across all or any part of the subject
street hereinafter described and these proceedings are
taken subject to the foregoing reservations and exceptions.
That the subject street hereinabove referre¢t to,
which the City Council of the City of Tustin does propose to
vacate and abandon subject to the foregoing reservations
and exceptions, is described as follows'.
"Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block
46 as shown on a 'map of a part o'f Tustin'
recorded in Book 13, Page 81 of Miscellan-
eous Records of Los Angeles County, Calif-
ornia; thence East 36.00 feet to the East
line of .'F' Street and the Southwest corner
of Lot 1, Tract No. 2187, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book ].05, Pages .37 and
38 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California; thence Northerly along
the East line of 'F' Street as oer said

~ract No. 2187, 300.00 feet to a point;
thence West 36.00 feet to the Northeast
corner of the above mentioned Block 46;
thence Southerly along said block line to
the point of beginning."
ExCepting and reserving therefrom a permanent
easement and right at any time or from time
to time to construct, maintain, operate,
replace, remove and renew sanitary sewers
and storm drains and appurtenant structures
in, upon, over and across all or any part
of the subject street hereinabove describe.
The City Council of the City of Tustin will hold a oublic
hearing on the said proposed vacation and abandonmm~of
the hereinabove described street at 7'30 o'clock'P. 'M.
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of
Tustin on the 20th day of October, 1958.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of'Tustin s~t a regular meeting thereof held on the
6th day of October 1958.
