HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 450RESOLUTION NO. 450 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN DECLARING THAT NO PARKING SHALL BE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF TUSTIN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN FOR A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY CURB LINE OF FIRST STREET. The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows' PUrsuant to Ordinance No. 7~ of the City of Tustin ~he~Ci~oCeuncil'of.bhe'City of Tustin does hereby determine and declare that there shall be no mehicular parking permitted at any time on the Westerly side of Tustin Avenue in the City of Tustin for a distance of 145 feet South of the Southerly curb line of First Street. B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Tustin is hereby authorized and inst~ucted to place and maintain "No Parking" signs at the location herein- above set forth, and s~i~d Superintendent of Streets is further authorized and instructed to ipaint the curbing at the above described location red, thereby indicating that there shall be no stopping, standing, or parking permitted at the above described locatlon at any time. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City ., of Tustin at a :regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of September, 1958.
