A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF A
MASTER PLAN FOR COUNTY HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has
studied the problem of a proposed master plan for County High-
ways in Orange C'ounty, California, and has discussed it in
open informal meetings with interested residents,

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council of the Gity of
Tustin does recommend to the Board of~ Supervisors of Orange
County, California, that they approve and adopt a maste~ plan
for County Highways in Orange County, California, to meet the
problems of greatly increased traffic condit.ions prevelant
within Orange County.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Tustin
does hereby withold specifiC approval of any proposed plan
affecting the City of Tustin and area of influence surround-
ing said City until an opportunity has been presented to
study a detailed proposal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regula~ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held on the 8th day of August,
1955.

the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the foregoing Resolution
was passed and adopted by a majority of the said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of August,
1955, by the following vote, to wit:
