A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIXING AND
DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF CENTS ON EACH ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OF THE ASSESSED
VALUATION OF THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF TUSTIN TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED AS
A REVENUE TO PAY THE GENERAL RUNNING EXPENSES
OF SAID CITY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1954-55
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby determined that the sum of
Ninety Cents ($0.90) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of the assessed valuation of all the taxable property within
the City of Tustin is required for the purpose of providing
a revenue to meet the general expenses of the said City for
the fiscal year 1954-55, and the proper office~s are hereby
directed to levy and collect the sum of Ninety Cents ($0.90)
on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed valua-
ti on of all the taxable property wi thin the said City as
assessed by the Assessor of the City of Tustin for the fiscal
yea~ 1954-55.
Section 2. That the revenue raised through the col-
lection of taxes as aforesaid shall be and is hereby allocated
as follows:
The whole thereof to the General Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Tustin, this 27th day of September, 1954.

a regular meeting thereof held on the 27th day of September,
195J. I., by the following vote, to wit:
