A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPOINTING WINTFORD L. TADLOCK AS
CITY COUNCILMAN TO FILL A VACANCY IN SAID CITY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, at a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, held on the 10th day of November,
1952, WM. H.. GRAY, a regularly elected, qualified and acting
Councilman of said City, tendered his resignation in writing as
Councilman; and
WHEREAS, on said date the City Council of said City
duly and regularly accepted said resignation to become effective
on November 10, 1952, thereby creating a vacancy in said City
Council; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that WINTFORD L. TADLOCK has
been a resident of the City of Tustin, California, for the time re-
quired by law and is otherwise qualified to serve as a Council-
man on the said City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That WINTFORD L. TADLOCK be and he is hereby appointed
as City Councilman of the City of Tustin to fill the vacancy of
WM. H. GRAY, a regularly elected Councilman, and he shall hold
said position as Councilman for the remaining portion of the un-
expired term of said Councilman GRAY, to wit, until the regular
election to be held in April, 1956.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the'City Council of the City
of Tustin, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
17th day of November, 1952.

the City Council of the .City of Tustin, California, does hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
the City of Tustin is three; that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by a majority of the said City Council at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1952,
by the followng vote, to wit:
