A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN REGARDING VACATION AND SICK LEAVE
OF FULL TIME CITY EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows:
Section 1. It is.the policy of the City Council of
the City of Tustin to grant vacations for each of its full time
regular employees and officers. For the purpose of fair admin-
istrationeach regular full time employee and officer shall be
entitled to two (2) weeks annual vacation with pay, and after'
a full time employee and officer has been employed by the ci-ty

for' a per'iod of six (6) consecutive months, he o.P she shall be

entitled to a p~o-~ata vacation based on the numbe~ of months
worked, but this shall not include any parts of a month.
Section 2. Each full time employee and officer shall
be entitled to leave with pay for that period of time he is ac?
tually unable to perform his duties by reason of illness or
other physical disability, so long as said leave shall not ex-
ceed fourteen days in any one calender year. Said sick leave
shall not accumulate from year to year and sickness of said
employee or officer must be verified by a licensed and prac-
ticing doctor of medicine oP osteopath, or allowed at the dis-
cretion of the City Council upon report from the Commissioner
in charge of such employee or officer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held on November 19, 1951.

TUSTIN REGARDING VACATION AND SICK LEAVE OF FULL
TINS CITY ~IPLOYEES AND OFFICERS
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows
Section 1. It is the policy of the pity Counc it of
the City of Tustin to grant vacations for each of its full time
regular employees and off icers. For the purpose of Pair ad-
ministration each regular full time employee and officer shall
be entitled to two ~2) weeks annual vacation ti,-1th pay, and after
a Pull time employee and officer has been employed by the City
for a period of six C6) consecutive months, he or she shall be
entitled to a pro-rata vacation based on the number of months
worked, but this shall not include any parts of a month.
Section 2. Each full time employee and officer shall be
entitled to leave with pay for that period of time he is actually

physical disability, so long as said leave shall not exceed
fourteen X14) days in any one calendar year. said sick leave
