HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 292RESOLUTION NO. 292 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIXING AND DETERMINING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the costs of living by reason of general economic conditions have increased; and WHEREAS, certain inequalities have existed in some of the salaries of certain employees within the City; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the City Council of the City of Tustin is to provide adequate and reasonable compensation for services rendered to the City: ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That effective August 1, 1951, the salaries of the offices and persons listed below shall be those indicated op- posite, the names of offices and individuals. Deputy T~x Collector (S. C. Penington) $100.00 per month~ City Attorney (C. Arthur Nisson, Jr.) $115.00 per month. 5 · C Street Superintendent (Thomas McMullen)$ 95.00 per month. First~..~ Police Officer (Ray E. States) $300.00 per Second Police Officer (Rae M. Huntsman)S260.00 per month. Crossing Guard (J. A. Haskell) . . . . $125.00 per month. Street Department Truck Driver (0. C. Phillips) $250.00 per month. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tustin at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of August, 1951.
