In accordance with the provisions of Section 177.5 of the Labor Code as amea~e~ by Chapter 971, S~a~u~es of 1939, an~ in accordance with the regulations of the California Apprentice- ship. Council, properly indentured apprentices may be employed in the p~'oseoution of the work. The work is to be done in accordance with the profiles, plans and specifications of the City of Tustin on file in the office ~f the City Clerk, of the City Hall of Tustin, California. .. That the City Council of the City of Tustin has as- certained and does hereby determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage in the locality of the City of Tustin, Oalifo~ia, for eaoh oraft or type of wo~lm~ needed to execute the work hereinabove specified is as set forth in the form of notice hereinabove set forth, and said notice shall contain said schedule of per diem wages to be paid to the workmen in said work.
