RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF CITY
TREASURER AND APPOINTING NEW CITY TREASURER
WHER~S, at a regula~ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin held on the 19th day of February, 1951, IDUS
· .
HARPER, the reg~arly elected, qualified and acting City Treas-
urer, tendered his resignation in writing as Treasurer of the
City of Tustin; and
WHEREAS, on said date the City Council of said City
duly and regularly accepted said ~esignation to become effective
on March 5, 1951, thereby creating a vacancy in said office of
said City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, it appears that WILLIAM S. LEINBERGER has
been a resident of the City of Tustin, California, for the time
required by law and is otherwise qualified to serve as City
T~easurer for said City:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation
of IDUS HARPER, City Treasurer, is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER REsoLVED that WILLIAM S. LEINBERGER be
and he hereby is appointed City Treasurer of the City of Tustin
to fill the vacancy of IDUS HARPER, a regularly elected City
Treasurer, and said WILLIAM S. LEINBERGER shall hold sai~ pc-
si tion of City Treasurer for the remaining portion of the un-
expired term of said City Treasurer, to-wit, until the regula~
election can be held in April ef 1952~. Said Resolutien shall
take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Tustin at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of
March, 1951.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF CITY TREASURER
AND APPOINTING NEW CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin held on the 19th dPy of February, 1951, IDUS HARPER,
the regularly elected, qualified and acting City Treasurer, tendered
his resignation in writing as Treasurer of the City of Tustin; and
WHEREAS, on said date the City Council of said City duly
and regularly accepted said resignation to become effective on
March 5, 1951, thereby creating a vacancy in said office of said
City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, it appears that WILLIAM S. LEINBERGER has been
a resident of the City of Tustin, California, for the time required
by law and is otherwise qualified to serve as City Treasurer for
said City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation oP
IDUS HARPER, City Treasurer, is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~dILLIAM S. LEINBERGER be and
he hereby is appointed City Treasurer of the City of Tustin to fill
the vacancy of IDUS HARPER, a regularly elected City Treasurer,
and said WILLIAM S. LEINBERGER shall hold said position of City
Treasurer for the remaining portion of the unexpired term of said
City Treasurer, to fait, until the regular election can be held in
April of 1952. said Resolution shall take effect immediately.
