ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS OF THE ASSESSED VALUA- TION OF THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED AS A REVENUE TO PAY THE GENERAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF SAID CITY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1950-51 The City Council of the City of~ Tustin does ~esolve as follows: Section 1: It is hereby determined that the sum of Ninety-four ($0'9~) Cents upon each One Hundred ($100.00) Dol- lars of the assessed valuation of all the taxable property , within the City of Tustin is required fort he purpose of pro- viding a revenue to meet the general expenses of the said City for the fiscal year 19~0-~1, and the proper officers ars hereby directed to levy and collect the sum ~of ($0.94) Centa on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of the asses.sed Valuation of all the taxable property within the said City as assessed by the Assessor of the City of Tustim for the fiscal year 1950-51. Section 2: That the revenue raised through the col- lection of taxes as aforesaid shall be and is hereby allocated as follows: · The whole thereof to the general fund.
