RESOLUTION NO. 269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIXING AND
DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF CENTS ON EACH. ONE
HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS OF THE ASSESSED VALUA-
TION OF THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
TUSTIN TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED AS A REVENUE
TO PAY THE GENERAL RUNNING EXPENSES OF SAID
CITY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 1950-51
The City Council of the City of~ Tustin does ~esolve
as follows:
Section 1: It is hereby determined that the sum of
Ninety-four ($0'9~) Cents upon each One Hundred ($100.00) Dol-
lars of the assessed valuation of all the taxable property
,
within the City of Tustin is required fort he purpose of pro-
viding a revenue to meet the general expenses of the said City
for the fiscal year 19~0-~1, and the proper officers ars hereby
directed to levy and collect the sum ~of ($0.94) Centa on each
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of the asses.sed Valuation of all
the taxable property within the said City as assessed by the
Assessor of the City of Tustim for the fiscal year 1950-51.
Section 2: That the revenue raised through the col-
lection of taxes as aforesaid shall be and is hereby allocated
as follows:

The whole thereof to the general fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Coumcil of the City
of Tustim, this 5th day of September, 1950.

The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows:
Section 1: It is hereby determined that the sum of
Ninety-four 00.94) Cents upon each One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars
of the assessed valuation of all the taxable property within the
City of Tustin is required for the purpose of providing a revenue
to meet the general expenses of the said City for the fiscal year
1950-51, s.nd the proper officers are hereby directed to levy and
collect the sum of Ninety-four 00.94) Cents on each One Hundred
0100.00) Dollars of the assessed valuation of all the taxable
property within the said City as assessed by the Assessor of the
City of Tustin for the fiscal year 1950-51.
