A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN AUTHORIZING S. C. PENNINGTON, CITY CLERK,
TO SIGN WARRANTS DRAWN ON THE TREASURER'S DEPART-
MENTAL TRUST FUND AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING S. C.
PENNINGTON TO SIGN AS CITY CLERK WARRANTS DRAWN
ON THE CITY OF TUSTIN
WHEREAS, S. C. Pennington has been. appointed City Clerk
of the City of Tmstin and is required among his other duties to
handle the Treasurer, s Departmental Trust Fund, which has been
heretofore established under CITY COURT FUND,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That S. C. Pennington be ~md he he~'eb7 t~
authorized to deposit collections of the City Court in the CITY
~OURT FUND 'and he is further authorized to sign warrants for the
withdrawal of money from said fund on written direction from the
City Judge. The Treasurer of the City of Tustin is hereby author-
ized to withdraw and repay from such fund said warrants when
signed by S. C. Pennington for the following purpose only: To
make refund of bail which has been exonerated or of other refund-
able deposits.
Section 2. That S. C. Pennington,. City Clerk of the
City of Tustin, be and he hereby is authorized to sign as City
Clerk on any and all warrants drawn on the City of Tustin.
