A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPOINTING
A CLERK OF THE CITY COURT AND FIXING AND DE-
TERMINING THE SALARY THEREFOR
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. That S. C. Pennington be appointed Clerk
of the City Court to assist the City Judge in the proper admin-
istration of the business of the Court. Said appointment to be
retroactive and effective as of Ma~ch 15, 1950, and to continue
at the pleasure of the City Council. Said Clerk to receive a
salary of $25.00 per month.
Section 2. The Clerk of the City Court shall perform
such duties as the City Judge may from time to time prescribe
in conformity with the law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Tustin this 20th day of March, 1950.
