City of Tustin does resolve as follows: ~EAS, City Clerk Chas. E.. MOrris was absent on sick leave' during the first part of February, 1950; and ~~S, it was necessary to employ S~unuel C. Permi- ngton as Deputy C'le~k fo~ the period .February 1 through February 15, 195'0: 'NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved .that.Samuel C. Penni- ngton be paid the sum of $'I00.00 for his services during said period, in addition to all other moneys heretofore to be paid to him. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AUTHORIZING TF~ PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL SALARY FOR DEPUTY CLERK The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, City Clerk Chas. E. Morris was absent on sick ~~ leave during the first part of February, 1950; snd WI~REAS, it was necessary to employ Samuel C. Pennington as Deputy Clerk for the period February 1 through February 15, 1950: NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Samuel C. Pennington ~ be paid the sum of 100.00 for his services during said period, in addition to all other moneys heretofore authorized to be paid to him.
