HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 00-17 t RESOLUTION NO. 00-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ANNUAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE GENERAL FUND AREAS AND CITY/WATER FACILITIES FROM JULY 1, 2000 - 5 JUNE 30, 2001 5 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California to contract for the Annual Landscape Maintenance Services for General Fund Areas and 7 City/Water Facilities; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer presented plans and specifications for the performance of said work; and i0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications presented by the City engineer be, and are hereby approved as the plans and ! ! specifications for: i2 ANNUAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR GENERAL 23 FUND AREAS AND CITY/WATER FACILITIES FROM JULY 1, 2000 - JUNE 30, 2001 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and i 5 directed to advertise as required by law for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the i 6 performance of the work specified in the plans and specifications; 17 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. iS PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of i ~e Tustin held on the 3rd day of April 2000. ,';-9] Tracy Wills ~¢~rley, Mayor ATTEST: 26 City Clerk 27 23 RESOLUTION CERTIFICATION STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss CITY OF TUSTIN ) RESOLUTION NO. 00-17 Pamela Stoker, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of the City Council is five; that the above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of April, 2000, by the following vote: COUNCILMEMBER AYES: Worley, Thomas, .Doyle, Potts, Saltarelli COUNCILMEMBER NOES: None COUNCILMEMBER ABSTAINED None COUNCILMEMBER ABSENT: None Pamela Stoker, City Clerk
