HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 00-25I RESOLUTION NO. 00-25 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR 4 THE COMPENSATION OF UNREPRESENTED MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES 5 6 7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, regarding unrepresented management employees that: 8 1. Such personnel shall receive a 2.5% salary increase effective January 1, 2000, 9 and a 2.5% salary increase effective January 1, 2001. 10 2. Up to an additional 3% salary increase .may be granted July 1, 2000, and July 11 1, 2001, based on market/internal alignment and subject to satisfactory performance. The City Manager has the authority to grant an increase of up to and including 1.5%. Any 12 amount in excess of 1.5% must be approved by the City Council. 13 3. The City's retiree health care contribution is increased to $250 per month 14 effective July 1,2000, and increased to $300 per month effective July 1,2001. 15 4. Effective July 1, 2000, the City will contribute up to $400 for a bi-annual health assessment of unrepresented management personnel 40 years or older. 16 17 5. Effective July 1, 2000, the auto allowance for eligible department heads shall be increased to $250 per month. 18 6. Subject to administrative guidelines developed by the City Manager and subject 19 to appropriation of funds in the annual budget, Department Heads shall be eligible to cash 20 out up to 80 hours of Administrative Leave in December 2000, and December 2001. Non- department head managers shall be eligible to cash out up to 40 hours in December 2000, 21 and December 2001. 22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin 24on the 3rd day of April, 2000. 25 AI'FEST: 27 ....
