RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN ORDERING
THE ABANDONMENT AND VACATION OF AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN

resolution of intention to abando'n and vacate a certain alley within
the City of Tustin, and no evidence having been s~bmitted, in opp-
osition 'thereto'

T..ustin that the following described alley, to-wit:
The alley 15 feet in width running 120 feet westerly from "B"
street, between Lots 1, 2, 3, and [~., and dividing Lots 1, 2, and 3
from lot ~ thereof, all of said !,ots and said Alley are located in
Block A of Tract 338, Tustin Ho~.e Tract, as pre map recorded in
Book 1~, page 31, ~fiscellaneous ~',~aps, r,.~cords of Orange County,
California; said alley is also shown on ~.'o-~.p ~!o. 2, City of Tustin on
file in the office of the City Clerk of the "~,'~ty of Tustin located
within the city limits of the City of Tustin, be, and hereby is,
ordered abandone,.' and vacated to the public use.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Tustin, at a
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December, 1946.
