A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING STREETS OF
MAJOR IMPORTANCE OTHER THAN STATE HIGHWAYS
WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN FOR THE PUSPOSE OF
ALLOCATION THERETO, AND EXPENDITURE THEREON, OF
THE NET PROCEDS OF ONE-QUARTER CENT PER GAL-
LON TAX ON MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL PURSUANT TO SEC-
TIONS 194 AND 195 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
under the terms and provisions of ~

it is incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Tustin to
request tl~e Department of P~zblic. Works, Division of ';"'~.zgh';¢;zys, of
State of California, to determine and designate streets o£ major
importance, other than State }{ighways, for the PUrpose of allo-
cat[ on thereto and expenc'~iture thereon of the one-quarter cent
per gallon tax on motor vehicle fuel to be paid to the City of
Tustin, for use upon streets of major importance Other than State
Highways within 'the City of Tustin, under the provisions of Said
Sections 194 and 195 of the Streets and Highways Code of Califor-

that the City Council of the City of Tustin
do hereby request the Department of Public Works, i)ivision of
IZighways, of the State of California, to cetermine, select, and
designate, .as a street of major importance, other than State
Highways ~,~ithin the City of Tustin, upon which '',r be used ::;rt.
of. the net proceeds of one-~uarter cent per gallOn tax gas on
motor vehicle fuel to 'be paid to 'the City of Tustin under the
provisions of Section 194 and 1'o5 of the Streets and !iighWays
Code of the State of California,, the following designaged street
as sh0~vn upon the Official Street ~1ap of the City of Tustin adopted
February 17, 1936, to-wit:
"A" Street from the Southerly limits of Pirst Street to the
Northerly limits of ~ain Strec-t, being 0.23 miles in length.

ornia, dO hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No. __..__, was passed and adopted by the said City

26th day of 1946, and the same was adopted by the
