RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY ATTORNEY
AND FIXING HIS CONPENSATION
WHEREAS, the City of Tustin requires the services of a ·
City Attorney to assist the City Council and other City Officials
on legal matters, to represent the City in any litigation and to
perform such other duties as are usually required of a City
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, it appears that George E. Bradley is an
Attorney duly admitted to practice in all of the courts of the
State of California, and to be qualified for this position;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That said George E. Bradley by and he is hereby
appointed to the office of City Attorney of the City of Tustin
during the pleasure of the City Council. The amount of the
compensation to be paid by the City to said City Attorney
shall be, until the further order of the Council, the sum of
$60.00 per month; provided, however, that for any service ten-
dered in connection with any bond issue, street improvement
proceeding, or any litigation in which the City of Tustin may
be involved or interested, additional compensation shall be
allowed and paid to said City Attorney, the amount thereof to
be agreed upon and fixed at the time of the rendition of such
service.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of' the City of
Tustin, California, at a regularly adjourned meeting thereof.
