2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN FIXING AND DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY
3 NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN AS A REVENUE TO
4 CARRY ON THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF SAID CITY FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1945 - 1946.

7 The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as
8 follows:
9 SECTION I; That it is hereby determined and declared by the
l0 City Council of the City of Tustin that the amount of X18,105.00
11 is the amount of money necessary to be raised to carry on the varies
12 ous departments of said City for the fiscal year 1945-1946,
13 SECTION II: That of said sum of X18,105.00 it is anticipated
14 that there will be received as income from various sources other
15 than through tax levy the sum of X6,,900.00, and that it will be
16 necessary to raise X11,205.00 by tax levy; that the X18,105.00 so
17 required by the various departments of said City during the fiscal
].8 year is distributed as follows:
19 To pay the general expenses of the various departments of the
20 City of Tustin, the sum of ~1B,105.00, budgeted and allocated as
21 follows:
