A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA APPOINTING
ARTHUR O. PARK AS CITY COUNCILMAN TO FILL
A VACANCY IN SAID CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of. the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California held on the 2nd day of October, 1944
Lyle J . Forney, a regularly elected, qualified and acting council-
man of said City, tendered his resignation in writing as such.,
councilman;· .
AND WHEREAS on said date the City Council of said city duly
and regularly accepted said resignation, thereby creating a vacancy
in said City Council;
AND WHEREAS it appears that Arthur 0. Park has been a resident

of the City of Tustin, California for the time required by law and
is otherwise qualified to serve as a councilman on the said City
Council; '.
NOW THEREFORE BE I T RESOLVED:
That Arthur. 0. Park be and he is hereby appointed as City
Councilman of the City of Tustin to fill such vacancy, and he shall
hold such office until the next regular election, according of law.
This resolUtion shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tustin,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2 day of
October, 1944
