HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 114RESOLUTION NO. 114 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMOR- ANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR INPORTANCE. WHEREAS, a first supplemental memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 194l allocated for streets of major im- portance other than State highways in the City of Tustin; and WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents there- of, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of Tustin that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expendi- tures of the 1/4 gas tax allocated for streets of major importance other than State highways, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
