HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 97 RESULUTION NO. 97 On motion of Councilman Babcock, seconded by Councilman Kidd, and duly carried, the following resolution was adopted: . RESOLVED that the following named individuals be reap- pointed to the respective offices hereinafter mentioned of the City of Tustin, Orange County, California, and that they re- ceive as salary or compensation therefor the sums set after their names: D.T. Hayden as City Judge, at a salary of $50.00 , John L. Stanton, Chief of Police, at a salary of $1.50.00 John L. Stanton, Street Superintendent, at a salary of $25.00, and Preston Turner as City Attorney, at a salary of $60.00 and such extra compensation as the Council may allow for litigation in which the City of Tustin may be involved or interested. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all City officers and appoin- tees cooperate with each other in order that the City govern- . ment of the City of Tustin may be conducted harmoniously.
