The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows: SECTION I: That it is hereby determined and declared by the City Council of the City of Tustin that the amount of ~ ._~~_~1~~0_ ........ is the amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxs.ble p.,r,o~,oerty within said City. as revenue to carry on the various departments of said City for the fiscal year 1939-19[~0, and to pay the bonded and other indebtedness during said fiscal year.
