A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
DECLARING RESULT OF ELECTON.
~HEREA$, a general municipal e±ec~lon was held and con-
ducted in the City of Tus~ln, on Tumsda~, the 12tn day of April,
i93~, as required 'Dy law,
AND WHEH~AS, it appears ~nam notice of said electlon was
duly and legally glven, that votlng precincts were properly es-
~aOllsned, tna~ election officers were appointed and electlon
supplies furnished, and tna~ in all respects said election was
held and conducted, and ~ne voZes cas~ tnereat received and can-
vassed, and the re~urns ~nereof made and d e~£ared in time, form
and manner as required oy the general laws of ~ne S~ate govern-
lng elections in cities of the sixth class.
AND WHEH~AS, the Oi~y Oouncll of sald Olty of Tus~ln met
at tne Clty Council Cnamoer of the Cx~y of Tus~xn, on Monday,
~ne lStn day of April, 153~, to canvass the re~urn$ of said
election, and install %ne newly elected officers, as & result
of w~lcn the said City Council finds that the number of vo~es
cast, ~ne names of the persons voZed for, and o~ner mazters re-
quired oy law, to be as herein&fret sta~ed, now therefore

That said general municipal election was held and con-
ducted in the City of Tustin, on Tyesday, the 12~n day of April,
i938, in time, form and manner as required 0y law;
That there was one voting precinct estaOllsned for the pur-
pose of holding said election, consisting of'a consolidation of

ducted in the Oity of Tustin, on Tuesday, the 12th day of April,
193, as required by law,
AND AaSRSAB, it appears that notioe of said elec Lion
was duly and legally given, that voting preoincts were properly
established, that eleotion officers were appointed and election
supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was
held and condnoted, and the votes cast thereat received and can-
vassed, and the returns thereof made and declared in time, form
and manner as required by the general laws of the State governing
elections in cities of the sixth class.
AND 11HSRSAB, the Qity Oouncil of said Oitq of Tustin
met at the Oity Oounoil Ohamber of the Oity of Tustin, on Monday,
the lg th day of April, 1938, to canvass the returns of said
electioa, and install the newly elected officers, as a result of
which the said Oity Oounoil finds that the number of votes oast,
the names of the persons voted for, and other matters required by
~ law, to be as hereinafter stated, now therefore

is hereby declared elected to the office of City Clerk for the
short or vaezpired term of two years.
