ING THAT CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN ARE IN NEED OF REPAIRS, AND REQUES- TING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO ADVANCE TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN, OUT OF GASOLINE TAX MONEY RECEIVED BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FROM THE STATE OF CALI F- ORNIA, FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING SUCH REPAIRS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF SAID REPAIRS ON CONDITION THAT FUNDS THEREFOR ARE RECEIVING FROM AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the City Council of the City of Tustin that the following des- ignated streets in the City of Tus~in are in need of repairs, costing approximately the amount indicated · after each of the streets hereinafter named, to-Wit: The City's portion of the intersection of Main Street and Tustin A~enue $100. O0; Pasadena Street $20.00; Nyrtle Street ~1.I.0.00; Pacific Street ~30.00; C Street $130.00; Prospect Avenue $25.00; ~irst Street ~50.00; Second Street 018.96; total estimated repairs necessary $413.96; AND WHEREAS, the County of Orange has received fr.bm the State of California certain moneys from gas- oline tax, which is available for allottment to the City of Tustin for the purpose of repairing and recon- ditioning said street, such allotment to 'be made by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County; BE IT RE. SOLVED: That request be made to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, State of California, that said Board of Supervisors make to the City of Tus~in an allotment of funds from the gasoline tax money received by the County of Orange for the current year, for the purpose of making such repair~ and doing such recond- itioning on the streets in the City of Tus~in, here- inbefore named, as may be deemed advisable by the City Council of the City of Tustin and the Street Superintendent of said City; ./,/ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in the event..said request for allotment of funds for repairing and reconditiontsg.~said streets named is ~ranted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, the Street Superintendent of the City of Tustin be, and ~e is hereby authorized to proceed to make repairs and to do reconditioning work on the follow- lng named streets in the City of Tustin, and for such purpose to expend on the work on each of said streets approximately and nearly as can be done, the amount in- dicated after each of the following streets named, to-wit: The City's portion of the intersection of ~ain Street and Tustin A~e ~ nue~-~lOO.OO; Pasadena Street $20.O0; Myrtle Street $$0.OO; Pacific Str, et $30.00; C Street $130.00; Prospect Avenue $25.00; Second Street $18.9'6; First Street 5o.oo. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and from thenceforth the same shall be in full force and. effect. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, at a special meeting Of said City Council held on the 27th day of June, 1935.
