A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIXING
AND DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NEC~
ESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE
TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN
AS A REVENUE TO CARRY ON THE VARIOUS DE-
PARTMENTS OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1934-1935, AND TO PAY THE BONDED AND OTHER
INDEBTEDNESS OF THE SAID CITY DURING SAID
FISCAL YEAR.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows:
SECTION l: That it is hereby determined and de-
clared by the City Council of the City of Tustin that
the amount of $9,347.87 is the amount of money
necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable
property within said City as revenue to carry on the
various departments of said City for the fiscal year
1934-1935, and to pay the bonded and other indebtedness
during said fiscal year.
SECTION 2: That of said sum of $9,347.87,
it is anticipated that there will be received as income
from various sources other than through tax levy the
sum of $2,554,33; that the $9,347.87, so
required by the various departments of said City and
to pay the bonded and other indebtedness during the
fiscal year is distributed as follows:
To pay principal and interest on "Municipal Ii-
provement Bonds of 1930, Bonded Indebtedness Fund"
the sum of $892.87.
To pay the general expenses of the various depart-
melts of the City of Tustin, the sum of $8,545.00, ,
budgeted and allocated as follows:
(a) City Clerk
(b) City Attorney ..
(c) City Recorder
(d) City Hall- Rent
(e) City Hall- Expense
(f) Police Department- Salaries
(g Police Department- Jail and Prisoners
(h) Fire Department- Expense
(i) Fire Department- Water Service
(j) Street Department- Labor

The City Council of the City of Tustin does resolve
as follows:
SECTION I: That it is hereby determined and declared
by the City Council of the City of Tustin that the amount of
