CONSENT CALENDAR:
No Items on Consent Calendar
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 09-005 - a request to authorize the sale of beer
and wine for on-site consumption (ABC License type 41) in conjunction with an
existing restaurant/dinnertheatev.

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 09-006
approving Conditional Use Permit 09-013.

The Public Hearing opened at 10:32 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced himself and requested that others
present do the same.
Melissa Cook and Michael Lopez, the applicant and General Manager,
respectively; and, Gene Sweet, a Tustin resident in support of the application,
were in attendance.

The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had read the staff report
and conditions of approval.
The applicant responded in the affirmative.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if there were any questions.
The applicant asked if "No Loitering" signs condition means that signs are required
outside and in the bar area.
Staff indicated that the condition states "... near the entrance on the outside of the
premises or in other specific locations..."; no signs are required inside.
The Acting Zoning Administrator confirmed that a sign in the front of the business
would be adequate.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 09-
006 approving Conditional Use Permit 09-013, with the conditions of
approval.
