ATTENDANCE Present: Chair Doug Davert; Chair Pro Tem Jerry Amante; Agency Members Deborah Gavello, John Nielsen and Jim Palmer Absent: None Recording Secretary: Pamela Stoker Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Director and Douglas C. Holland, City Attorney PUBLIC INPUT -None REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 7, 2009 Motion: It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Amante, seconded by Councilmember Nielsen to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of July 7, 2009. Motion carried 5-0. 2. AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO PREPARE ACTION MINUTES FOR ALL CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETINGS The City Clerk's Office requests authorization to prepare Action Minutes of all City Council and Redevelopment Agency meetings. Digital copies of the meetings may be duplicated for court proceedings or made available to the residents for a nominal fee to provide official discussion of items. Motion: It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Amante, seconded by Councilmember Palmer to authorize the City Clerk's Office to prepare Action Minutes for all City Council and Redevelopment Agency meetings. Motion carried 4-1 (Gavello dissented). Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting July 21, 2009 Minutes Page 1 of 2 3. STATUS REPORT ON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PROJECTS Redevelopment Agency staff will provide to the Agency on a regular basis an update of redevelopment related projects. Motion: It was moved by Councilmember Palmer, seconded by Councilmember Nielsen to receive and file report. Motion carried 5-0.
