HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 09-46RESOLUTION NO. 09-46 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RECORD RETENTION AND DISPOSITION SCHEDULE WHEREAS, on July 17, 2001, the Tustin City Council adopted Resolution No. 01-91 which established the Records Retention and Disposition Schedule ("Schedule") for all pertinent public records; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk is responsible for managing City records with respect to the legal, fiscal, administrative, and archival value of such records. In furtherance of this objective, the City Clerk and City Attorney have reviewed the schedule and recommend that the following amendments be incorporated into to "Schedule'; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, having considered and been fully advised in the matter and good cause appearing therefore. BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the Tustin that the City Council does hereby approve the amendment to the "Schedule" as presented in Exhibit 1 and are hereby incorporated into the Record Retention and Disposition Schedule.
