CONCERNS: At this time members of the public may address the Commission regarding any items not on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission (NO action can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law). APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 13, 2009, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Community Development Department located at 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California, during normal business hours. DESIGN REVIEW 09-023 A REQUEST TO DEVELOP 84 TWO-STORY CLUSTER HOMES AND ASSOCIATED SITE AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT AINSLEY PARK IN COLUMBUS GROVE AT TUSTIN LEGACY, ALSO REFERRED TO AS LOTS 242 AND 243 OF TRACT 16582. Presentation: Reina Kapadia, Associate Planner 4. ORDINANCE NO. 1369, RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. The City of Tustin has developed a computerized Geographic Information System (GIS) that allows users to develop maps, crate interactive queries (user created searches), analyze land use information, link and edit parcel data and maps, and colorfully present the results of all these operations. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4125 recommending that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1369 designating the official Zoning Map of the City of Tustin. COMMENDATION NOMINATION - 525 WEST MAIN STREET RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission approve the nomination of 525 West Main Street to the City's Commendation Program.
