HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 91-29 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 91-29 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF PART-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. WHEREAS, the City desires to provide salary increases to certain part-time employees as listed below; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. Compensation Provisions. Salary ranges of those part-time positions listed below shall be changed as follows; part-time employees are compensated hourly and do not receive any employee benefits. ao Crossing Guard Coordinator Step A $7.34 Step B 7.71 Step C 8.09 Step D 8.50 Step E 8.92 Crossing Guard Step A 6.40 Step B 6.72 Step C 7.06 Step D 7.41 Step E 7.78 C. Police Aide Step A 9.31 Step B 9.78 Step C 10.26 Step D 10.78 Step E 11.32 D. Administrative Intern Flat 8.33 Section 2. Full-Time Equivalents. Those part-time, hourly, positions for which there are equivalent, full- time positions (such as Clerk Typist, Police Reserve, Department Clerk, and Custodian) shall have an hourly salary rate equal to the full-time position. Effective February 19, 1991, Police Aide shall be considered the part-time equivalent of Property Aide for purposes of setting hourly rates in the future. However, these part- time employees are compensated hourly and do not receive any employee benefits. Section 3. Effective Date.
