A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT

WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the local agency to approve lot line
adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added to
an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than
originally existed is not thereby created; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has
reviewed Lot Line Adjustment No. 91-2 and has made a finding
that the real property described in Exhibit A and shown on
Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the California
Subdivision Map Act and applicable City of Tustin ordinances
and regulations including the requirements for building sites;
and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has made
the following findings;
That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot
line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 (d) of the
Subdivision Map Act;
That the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act have been met;
That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan;
and
That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements
of the Zoning Code;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot
Line Adjustment No. 91-2 as shown on Exhibits A and B is
hereby approved and that the parcels be considered building
sites upon recordation of this document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 19th
day of February, 1991.

1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way line of Edinger
Avenue as described in Parcel i in an Easement Deed recorded September 13, 1983
as Instrument No. 83-401960 of Official Records in said Office of the Orange
County Recorder with the southwesterly right-of-way line of Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway recorded June 14, 1887 in Book 245, Page 223 of Deeds in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California; thence along
said southwesterly right-of-way line South 49°20~36'' East 1197.87 feet; thence
