HomeMy WebLinkAboutZA Action Agenda 2-1-10ACTION AGENDA ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MEETING FEBRUARY 1, 2010 ** CALL TO ORDER: 10:30 a.m. Community Development Conference Room ROLL CALL: Dana Ogdon, Acting Zoning Administrator Cari Meyer, Assistant Planner Eloise Harris, Recording Secretary PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda) CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC MEETING: 1. MINOR ADJUSTMENT 09-001- a request to decrease the number of required off-street parking spaces by one (1) garage space to allow for the construction of a bathroom addition to an existing single family dwelling with a NRHP status of 5D1 (a contributor to a locally designated district). APPLICANT/ PROPERTY OWNER: BRUCE LANE AND JUDITH KOLLAR 168 NORTH B STREET RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 10-001 approving Minor Adjustment 09-001. Presentation: Cari Meyer, Assistant Planner The applicant, Bruce Lane, was the only person in attendance. The Acting Zoning Administrator explained the process to the applicant. The Public Hearing opened at 10:31 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the staff report and asked the applicant if he had had a chance to read the staff report and conditions of approval. Mr. Lane answered in the affirmative. Zoning Administrator Agenda February 1, 2010 Page 2 The Acting Zoning Administrator asked Mr. Lane is he had any questions or concerns regarding the conditions. Mr. Lane clarified that the intention was to have the 80 square foot bathroom plus and entryway. The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action No. 10-001 approving Minor Adjustment 09-001. The Public Hearing closed at 10:36 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
